For the bride and groom that have no time to plan a wedding! We are usually the first ones to be hired on after engagement- after that we plan the whole thing. We will custom curate an epic wedding to remember! From picking your venue, vendor curation, designing the space, floral arrangements, handling invitations, to favors and floorplans...we'll handle each detail of your wedding day.
If you've already started booking and planning, we can fill in some of the parts you may have overlooked. We'll hold your hand through the rest of the planning process. We'll handle all things wedding related 6 months before your wedding. At this time, it's expected that your venue and photographer are already booked. We can add polish to your wedding day plans to make sure everything shines.
Our most popular option! Includes 3 in person meetings starting one month before the wedding to work out details including set up instructions and timeline. We will coordinate with all of your vendors one month out and make sure all of your ducks are in a row. On the day of the wedding, you'll have a staff of 3 coordinators to ensure everything goes smoothly! Includes 8 hours of wedding day coverage. Additional hours are $150/per hour.
This option is perfect for couples who already have a "coordinator" at their venue. We come in and set up all of your decor, come back and pack everything up! Includes 1 in person meeting (usually at the venue), 2 hours of set up and 1 hour of breakdown. Addtional hours are $150/per hour.
With our Photobooth package, you recieve unlimited prints, custom design & template (2x6 strips or 4x6 prints), choice of backdrop, table of curated props, scrapbook for the couple, and a hosted online gallery.
